Jessica is a highly motivated litigator who works tirelessly to find the best possible solutions for her clients. She specializes in complex commercial litigation, and has extensive experience representing clients in contractual disputes, commercial evictions, and business torts in both state and federal court. Jessica regularly negotiates and drafts transactional documents, implements litigation strategies, and participates in trials and arbitrations.
Jessica is fluent in Spanish and has handled multiple cases involving documents and other evidence in Spanish.
Prior to law school, Jessica’s passion for government and public service led her to serve as the legislative aide to Juan-Carlos “J.C.” Planas, Florida House of Representatives. This experience has strengthened her understanding of Florida Statutes and the legal process.
Jessica previously worked at a boutique litigation practice where she represented and advised both domestic and international clients on a broad range of general business matters.
