Matt is a focused and dedicated litigator with over a decade of experience. 

 

While in law school, Matt served as the Executive Research Editor of the Florida Law Review, and received book awards in Contracts, Civil Procedure, and Research & Writing. 

 

After law school, Matt began his legal career at Lewis Tein as an associate attorney, where he worked with Mike for several years on a broad range of complex commercial cases in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. 

 

Before joining Tein Malone, Matt served as a local government attorney in his home state of Virginia, where he represented one of the largest school districts in the state, successfully litigating a wide variety of matters before various state and federal administrative agencies.
